JoAnn has directed the Commercial Exchange Corporation of Melrose since it’s inception in 1996, to become a well-respected insurance agency in Central Minnesota . As an insurance agent, JoAnn handles the risk management needs of a wide variety of clients on a daily basis. By being involved in both sales and service, JoAnn acts as a liaison between our agency clients and the companies that we
represent. JoAnn has received both the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor)
and CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designations that are
nationally recognized symbols of professional excellence and leadership in the
insurance industry.
