Our company was incorporated under the laws of Minnesota on November 4, 1996 when JoAnn Boeckermann, CEO and G. Fritz Hoeschen, CFO entered into a partnership agreement and formed the Commercial Exchange Corporation of Melrose.  

Since that time, the Commercial Exchange Corporation of Melrose has provided insurance protection for individuals and families, and the insurance needs for farms and business concerns throughout the State of Minnesota.
